All product - When do you ship & how long before arrival?

United States = 5 -14 business days depending on which hat.

Canada = 5 -14 business days depending on which hat.

International = 7-14 business days *Some countries can be up to 21 days, depending on your country.

General - How do I return my item? Please refer to our Returns Policy section.

The Order - How can I change/refund my order once it’s been placed? If you change your mind after your original order placement, please email us at hellolavishblanc@gmail.com highlighting the change required. We will do our best to amend your order before it’s dispatched. We cannot guarantee that this will be possible without fees. DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS.
