Our Promise We promise to be your trusted partner for accessories/apparel by delivering the advice, service and convenience you deserve — all at competitive prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement or return. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with no marks and all packaging intact. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. We are unable to offer a refund on any custom shoes as these have been made to your specification. Unsuitable items will only be refunded when returned within 12 days of receipt. Returns received after the 12 day time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Lavish Blanc. All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes, delivery or import duties incurred in delivery.
